Financial Education

The cone of learning study by Dale in 1969 reveal that the least effective way to learn is by reading and lecture, whereas the most effective way to learn is by actually doing it. The next most effective method is through simulating the real experience. The study shown that after 2 weeks we will remember 10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see. But it is important to know that you will tend to remember 50% when you hear and see, 70% if you teach/give a talk and fantastically that you will remember 90% if you say and do. The graphic shown what I explain above.
